Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid LeadFella subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

LeadFella is currently offered on an early-access basis, and early access is free. This policy describes what will apply once paid subscriptions are available, and it governs any paid plan you purchase. The specific terms shown to you at checkout (plan, price, billing period, and any promotional conditions) form part of this policy.

2. Subscriptions and billing

  • Billing in advance: paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (for example, monthly or annually) at the price shown when you subscribe.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using your payment method on file, until you cancel.
  • Receipts: we send a receipt for each charge to your billing email.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@leadfella.com. When you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next period.
  • Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period, except where this policy or the law provides one.

4. Refund eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with LeadFella. Unless a different term is shown at checkout, the following applies:

  • 14-day money-back on first purchase: if you are a first-time subscriber and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription charge within 14 days of that charge.
  • Monthly renewals: renewal charges for monthly plans are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
  • Annual plans: outside the 14-day window, annual plans are generally non-refundable for the remainder of the term; you may cancel to stop the next renewal.
  • Billing errors: if you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will correct it and refund the incorrect amount.

5. What is not refundable

  • Usage-based or metered add-ons that have already been consumed.
  • One-time setup, onboarding, or professional-services fees, once the work has begun.
  • Third-party costs you incur outside LeadFella (for example, your own email or AI provider fees).
  • Charges where the account was suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country. For example, if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for a short period after purchase. Where a mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this policy, that law applies.

7. How to request a refund

Email hello@leadfella.com from the email address on your account and include:

  • Your account email and the plan in question.
  • The date and amount of the charge (or the receipt).
  • A brief reason for the request, so we can improve.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.

8. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. After we approve a refund, it typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the charge; we are not responsible for currency-conversion differences or fees applied by your bank or card issuer.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as our plans evolve. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
